of Service
ForumCo
reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service
at any time and without advance notice. By posting or by creating
a forum, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.
Content
ForumCo
will not be held responsible for the content of any of the
forums on this website. ForumCo is not obliged to monitor
the content of any of the forums on this website.
User's
forums containing content that ForumCo or its employees deems
to be unsuitable will be deleted without warning or prior
notice. In the case of paid banner free forum hosting, no
refund will be issued to the registered forum owner.
It
is the responsibility of the owner of the discussion forum
to ensure that his/her forum does not contain any of the following
content.
- Warez,
Appz, Serialz, Crackz, etc.
- Illegal
activities of any kind.
- DSS
(discussion of satellite test cards, emulation, scripts
or hacking the Conditional Access System in general.)
- Racism.
- Pornography
or any sexual material.
- Non
English Language Content.
- Hacking.
- Links
to any form of illegally copied copyrighted material such
as (but not limited to) mp3 files, movies, sound files of
any type or images such as photographs.
- Profanity
(bad language).
As a general
rule, discussion forums hosted by ForumCo should be suitable
for audiences of all ages.
Deletion
Placing
any of the above content on any part of the ForumCo website,
including (but not limited to) users discussion forums, private
forums and email generated at ForumCo is grounds for immediate
deletion.
In the
case of advertising supported free discussion forums consisting
of more than half of the forums being restricted, these discussion
forums will be deleted. Restricted forums are forums that
are password protected, hidden from visitors not logged in
or forums that can only be viewed by member on an allowed
member list.
Message
boards containing mostly forums with zero posts will also
be deleted.
Charging
visitors for access to a discussion forum or a private forum
is not allowed and warrants deletion.
Accounts
violating our Terms of Service will be deleted without notice
or refund.
ForumCo
Discussion forums are regularly deleted for abuses of this
Terms of Service and for inactivity.
Deletion
of a discussion board erases all database records and software
from ForumCo's servers for the relevant account.
ForumCo
is not obliged to make backups of its members discussion forums
and will not be held responsible for the loss of data or any
other material.
Free
Speech
ForumCo
supports members right to free speech, except when that right
violates this Terms of Service and when the right to free
speech violates the rights of others.
Advertising
In the
case of free discussion forums, ForumCo will place advertising
on members discussion forums. Circumventing the display of ads
using ad blocker software is a violation of this terms of service.
Promoting the use of ad blocking software will result in the
suspension or deletion of the forum.
Spam
and Unsolicited Commercial Email
Members
promoting their discussion forums by means of (but not limited
to) spamming email addresses and usenet abuse will have their
discussion forums deleted without notice.
Visitors
attempting to spam or post multiple messages on members discussion
forums will be tracked using various techniques and reported
to their internet service provider.
Compliance
By signing
up for a forum, either free or paid, the registered user agrees
to comply with these Terms of Service and also agrees to hold
ForumCo.com and its employees harmless from claims, actions,
legal and or court fees brought
against him or her in connection with any use of its services
or information on the ForumCo.com website or its users forums.
The ForumCo
logo must appear on every discussion forum hosted on the ForumCo
website. In the case of paid banner free forums, our logo
must appear at the bottom.
ForumCo.com's
decision is final.
